Member Recruitment
The Linn High School FCCLA chapter is always open and excited to look for new members. In the spring, we have an event called Spring Tea. At this event, we invite all our members along with incoming freshmen to enjoy a light meal and refreshments. Here, the incoming freshmen learn more about FCCLA, get to see installation of the following year’s officers, and receive a small gift. At the beginning of each school year, we host a lunch in our advisor’s room to recruit new members. All of the student body is welcome to attend the lunch to learn about our FCCLA chapter and what an amazing organization it is!
Member Recognition
We at the Linn High School FCCLA chapter value our members and want to make sure they are recognized. Each member receives a magnet designed to go along with our chapter’s theme for that year to appreciate each member's commitment to the chapter. On a member’s birthday, he or she receives a note and small gift in his or her locker, and at lunch, the member gets sung to by the chapter’s officers and is gifted a cookie.

Membership Dues
To be a member of the Linn Chapter FCCLA, you must pay a $15 fee at the beginning of the school year. Members also must participate and sell their quota of fundraising (members must pay back 100% of what they did not sell)
Membership Benefits
FCCLA is a fun and different leadership experience for all members. Members experience all the fun times along with the competition of STAR events and other programs. FCCLA sponsors fun events all throughout the school year for all members and nonmembers. Members can also partake in our occasional member lunch. During this lunch we bring or make food and sit down and all eat together outside of the lunch room
